Step 3: Fill In The Referral Form

  • Once the landlord you referred officially signs up for our property management services, we’ll process your reward within 30 days.

    (However, we usually pay-out within 7 days)

    You can choose between:
    ✔ £200 cash (paid via bank transfer).
    ✔ £300 worth of property management perks (like discounted fees or maintenance credits).

    We’ll contact you to confirm your reward choice, so you’ll always know what’s happening!

  • A referral must be a landlord who owns a rental property in Banbury or surrounding areas and is looking for professional residential property management. They must be new to Banbury Property Management (not an existing or past client)

  • Nope! You can refer as many landlords as you like—and you’ll be rewarded every single time one signs up. Plus, if you refer 3 landlords in a year, we’ll give you an extra £250 bonus on top of your regular rewards! This means we pay you £1,000 for three successful referrals.

  • Yes! If you're already using our services and have another rental property, you can refer yourself and claim the reward when you sign up that property for management.

  • That’s totally fine! Once you submit their details, our team will reach out, introduce ourselves, and answer any questions they have—with zero pressure. If they decide we’re a good fit, we’ll take it from there.
